Isle of Man Student Awarded Prize

Pentti Lucas Christian, of Crosby, Marown, has been awarded a prize in recognition of excellence by his university college. Pentti, a degree student at Harper Adams University College, Shropshire, was the recipient of the TAYLOR McNALLY FOUNDATION AWARD 2004.The 25-year-old was presented with the prize at the university college’s annual graduation ceremony last month, where he also collected his degree, BSc (Hons) Agriculture. Pentti undertook a poultry-related Investigational Project during his final year at Harper Adams, for which he achieved a high grade.
Pentti is now studying for a Masters degree in Advanced Farm Management.
